about

With "V O I D" CORECASS releases her most personal and in its complexity most advanced record so far. It mirrors the deep confrontations of a long working process accompanied by an intense period of self-reflection. The challenge of recording a church organ meant a life's dream coming true and very much shaped the whole sound of the record. Trying new paths is one of the key elements of CORECASS' working process and in "V O I D" it comes to a head.

The result is a cinematic music – an elegiacally dark and atmospheric conglomerate made of cliché busting experiments between electronic and non-electronic sounds and sources. ... more
